The newly unveiled Seahorse MK 5 is engineered with innovative design features that enhance both safety and usability from the outset. It boasts a significantly larger capacity, comfortably accommodating up to 36 passengers plus 2 crew members, setting a new standard in operational efficiency and passenger comfort.  The fully-electric Seahorse MK 5 has achieved individual EU road regulatory type approval.  This approval confirms that our 36-seat Amphibious Passenger Vehicles are fully certified for operation on European roads, enabling Seahorse and its partners to operate in the EU alongside the other markets where our vehicles are already in service, including South Africa, Singapore, the UK and beyond.

This is an obligatory modification in order to meet new safety standards on hull thickness and corrosion, whilst limiting any increase in weight.
